2. Do I need to declare valuable cargo specifically?
Yes. It must be declared as “valuable” at the time of clearance. This allows you to apply special conditions for storage, transportation, packaging, and insurance.

2. Can I accompany the cargo or control its movement?
We can provide access to online tracking or assign a personal manager who will inform you at every stage. In exceptional cases, a client’s representative may accompany the cargo.

Yes. We strongly recommend insurance – even if you are using special transportation. This is a guarantee of coverage in case of loss, damage or delay.

2. How much can I insure?
Up to the full declared value or higher (including associated costs, such as penalties for delayed delivery). We work with international insurance companies.

3. What should I do if the cargo is damaged or lost?
We record the situation, prepare all the documents for the insurance company, and start the compensation procedure. In case of total loss, the client receives a payment according to the terms of the contract.

4. Do you deliver “from hand to hand”?
Yes, we do. For VIP clients or particularly sensitive goods, we can arrange door-to-door delivery with personal control of the transfer.
